Kahalani: Aloha, my name is Kahalani, and I wanted to share with you my story today. It's not just a story, but this is also my way of saying thank you to Ray. And hopefully, by listening to this and watching this, this may be a doorway for someone else too. When I first reached out to Ray, it wasn’t like I had a set of goals that I wanted to accomplish. It was more like me looking at my life like a chapter book…going from my childhood through adulthood, and knowing things were happening and things were connected but just not really sure where to begin with understanding all of that. But I knew that I wanted change. My sister started working with Ray before me, and I saw the changes in her… and that gave me hope. And so I came in open… not knowing exactly what I needed, but I was willing. And in that very first session…everything shifted. For me, it was super powerful. It was… surprising. I didn’t really know what to expect. I watched a video that I had made after the session, and it reminded me… Of the lightness that I felt. So as I was watching it, I could see, and I could remember that feeling I felt when I opened my eyes. and I physically felt lighter… and things actually looked brighter for me. And so, in a long time, I felt clarity… and I felt like I could breathe again. So I continued to work with Ray. And I knew it wasn’t just about me feeling better. It was me returning to myself. I started to learn and apply responding, as opposed to reacting. So when I was at home… at work… even in my own thoughts that I was having, and using the tools that Ray taught me. helped me create new meaning forold stories that I was holding onto and release stuck in emotions. I’ve always considered myself someone who’s strong… very driven… but in working with Ray, I also learned how to be soft with myself. And that, too, was part of the growth and the change. So even amidst all of the responsibilities that I carry, as a wife, as a mother, in my career, and in the relationships that I have I learned how to live in peace… even if there was chaos surrounding me. How to forgive myself for not having everything together all the time and how to move forward with intention. So there was a time in my life that I didn’t believe that my family would grow again. and I underwent some physical challenges. But through the work with Ray through vision, through faith, through healing and trusting in the process I became pregnant naturally… with my twins. They’re about to turn 8. So I would say that’s the greatest testimony of transformation I could ever have… and share with you. Today, we have an ʻōlelo noʻeau… it’s a Hawaiian saying:“No task is too big when done together.”“Aʻohe hana nui ke alu ‘ia.”And so, although healing can feel overwhelming…Just know that you don’t have to do it alone. And if you’re watching this and wondering if this is the kind of work that could help you…I’m here to tell you—yes, it is.Even if you don’t know… just be open.Because that’s where it all begins.Ray didn’t just help me to find peace… He reminded me of who I really am. And I get to carry that in every part of my life. And I have so much gratitude for that. So…if you’re feeling a nudge in your spirit,a tug in your heart.. I’m going to encourage you to follow it.Because you deserve to remember who you are too.Aloha.

Hi everyone, my name is Perry and I am one of Ray's student. Ray has been an amazing teacher and I can't say enough about him, but I just wanted to share my experiences and journey with you all. Um, and before we get there, I wanted to talk about how I met him. So basicall before I met him I was a typical Asian person who was a people pleasing a yes man. Um I had a very strict parents. Um and I had a lot of anger and I knew nothing about relationships. And so when I met Ry, I was actually on the verge of ending a relationship and my buddy reached out to me asking me if I wanted to randomly meet his life coach because his life coach had helped him with his marriage. At that point I had nothing to lose and I said why not? So here we are. We I met Ray day one totally new experience had nothing to knowing nothing about self-improvement spirituality and it was the start to my 10-year journey and ongoing of self-development. I'm super grateful for meeting him. But going back to that first experience, I remember um going in I was really uh having a lot of issues with my current girlfriend at the time and he basically helped me through the process. And the one takeaway that I learned from that experience was was really he told me that any anyone that's reacting or having a negative emotion towards you has nothing to do with you and do not allow that energy do not absorb that energy and deflect it like a shield. And I didn't quite understand what that meant because I always thought if someone was upset it was because of me. But now I come to find out the truth is they're upset because they have unresolved issue. You're just a trigger. And from that point on that led me to digging into the rabbit hole of what else does Ry really know? And it we went far. There was a lot of great discussions and I I love everything that we've had. Every session we've had was always amazing. Um, one of the biggest breakthroughs that I've had with Ry would probably be um, just me being able to set boundaries. As a Asian person, I was taught and growing up in my culture that we were um, we say yes to everything. We don't set boundaries and we don't learn how to love ourselves. And that was really difficult because we we were forced to believe a certain belief and if we wouldn't do it then we would feel guilty and I didn't and I didn't know why I was doing certain things that was not best for me. I was doing it for other reasons and it was probably in me subconsciously and I felt guilty every time I would say no to someone and so I never even never ever said no to people. I would always say yes. I would do everything everyone wanted. But then I started to realize that I was getting angry at home and upset all the time and I felt like I couldn't be myself. And that led to a lot of digging and digging of myself, my childhood traumas and how I was raised from my parents. They were really strict and Ray had really helped me guide me through these process and also helped me process these emotions and get it out of me and really helped me rewire my brain and rewire my programs to believe otherwise. Although you understand all these conceptually, it's really difficult to embody it because you need to really create new brain wave path brain pathways in order to embody these in the subconscious. So you need to activate your nervous system and you need to really um apply it within yourself. But that takes a lot of hard work and a lot of time because it's like removing the old self, removing your old identity to become a new person. The old me was saying yes to everything. Now the new me is saying no to everything. And that's was very challenging. But I'm so glad that we went through all that. And in today's and now currently I am I have a lot of boundaries. People respect me more. Um and I'm much happier these days. And um my relationship at home is much better because now I'm not giving up myself, giving up my time with my family for something that's not valuable or doesn't benefit me in any way. So that was a huge breakthrough for me for sure. Um my life changed from working with Ray because of the fact that he he made me so interested in spirituality and self-development that I'm on it pretty much every day of the week. I watch podcasts, I watch videos, I listen to music, um certain things, I do whatever it takes to make me a better person. Um, no one's perfect. Of course, we all have our deep flaws. But as time goes on, my goal is to clearly to to slowly but surely freeelves from all the past trauma that that's holding me back and all the programs that's been holding me back. And at some point, I'd like to be influential by my actions because I'mhoping that by the way I am, people will just follow me. and I own a business and I hope that my employees can see what I do and they can apply it within their own lives without me having to actually coach them or do anything of that nature. So that's where I feel like my biggest transformation has happened uh while working with Ry. It's been it's been amazing because if not if I've never met Ry, I would never have probably most likely not go down this rabbit hole and learn a lot about spirituality and self-improvement. So it's been amazing. Um, the last pretty much comment I want to leave would be is if you're looking for someone to coach with, I would suggest that you go around and you find other coaches in case, you know, just like you buy a car or anything like that, you want to compare and see who's great, who knows what they're talking about, who's best for you. Um, I like Ray because he's straight to the point. He's nice and um he just knows he just his experience is so deep that he knows exactly what to say. And those words have very powerful impact on you because it's coming from someone who's wiser, older, smarter than you, and much more experienced. But it's not coming from someone that's within your family, within personally someone you know. when you hear from somebodyelse that's not so close to you, it's much more uh powerful, much more impactful. And uh with Rey, you have to really want to do the work because she's going to dig it out of you. One way or another, it's coming out. And if you are not ready for these serious changes and to make changes in your life, then maybe Ray isn't the person for you. But if you are ready and ready to reveal the truth, ready to come with humility, humbleness, and open slate, open mind, and willing to be uh to dig up all the dirtiness that you have inside of you and and willing to reveal the truth, then you will get the most out of these sessions. And it's scary sometimes. It's not easy because you want to your ego's in the way. you want to feel like I'm telling him too much about my dirty side and maybe I shouldn't tell him too much. But that's what you need to tell him. Those are the things that will help you become a better person. And so I was uh not going to lie, I was scared at the beginning, but later on as time goes on, I got comfortable. Ray can make you feel comfortable and eventually you just open up everything. It's almost like he's like your dad. You tell him everything and he helps you and gives you the best advice he can and he guides you along the way. But ultimately he is reminding you of principles and principles are the foundations to how we operate and those are key to everything that we do. So that is my journey with Ray. I hope you find it. I hope you find some interest in working with him because I believe he's an amazing coach. He's one of the best and I've I've searched others. I've watched a lot of videos. I've seen others, but Ry is amazing and um yeah, he just he's good. So, anyways, have a good one. Bye.

Ray: Hello everyone, and welcome to another edition of Coaching with Ray. Today I have the great privilege of working with a very special guest — Lanai Boy. Many of you know him as a radio personality, entertainer, and all-around good guy. He’s also one half of the legendary Lanai & Augie duo. We just wrapped up a powerful coaching session, and I asked Lanai if he could share a little about what he experienced today. Lanai: Well, since we talked about honesty and truth, I’ve got to admit — when Augie first told me about you and said he was going to bring you in, I was skeptical. I’ve been through a lot of different seminars, heard plenty of motivational speakers, and didn’t know what to expect. But after today? Amazing. What stood out is your whole vibe. You’re here to genuinely help people. I use the word aloha a lot, and I think that’s exactly what you bring. You’re full of aloha, and that comes across in everything you do. We grew up with so much negativity — on TV, in sports, always being told we had to win or argue. That mindset piled up over the years. But today, you brought me back to the beginning. You showed me we don’t have to think that way. You reminded me how powerful the mind really is. Honestly, I feel like I can fly right now. So thank you. To anyone watching this — if you ever get the chance to sit with Ray, whether one-on-one or at a seminar, do it. I was lucky enough to spend almost three hours with him today, and I learned so much. It’s been an honor. Ray: Wow. Thank you, Lanai. Those are such kind and generous words. And you’re right — sometimes it’s hard for people to believe that someone like me could help with problems that seem so overwhelming. But when people I’ve worked with, like yourself, share their stories, it shows others that transformation is possible. What would you say to people out there who might be skeptical, just like you were, and are wondering if this could work for them? Lanai: I’d say this — the key is simplicity. Life has become so complicated. We rush around, argue, compete, and let negative voices pile up in our heads. What you do is bring us back to something simple, something grounding. You clear away all that noise — the bad things people have said, the self-doubt, the pressure — and bring us back to square one. And square one is joy. It’s greatness. It’s who we really are. That’s what you reminded me of today. Whether it’s in life, business, or sports, when your mind is clear and simple, you can tap back into your true greatness. Ray: Beautifully said. So, the final question: does this process work? Lanai: One hundred percent. I stamp my name on that. And listen — I don’t endorse a lot of things. Ray didn’t pay me a penny to say this. But it works. Period. Ray: Thank you, Lanai. That means so much. I know we’re going to continue working together and create some amazing things. Lanai: Absolutely. I’m looking forward to it. Ray: And to everyone watching — mahalo for tuning in. Until next time, remember to live your greatness. Aloha!

Ray: Hello everyone, and welcome to another edition of Coaching with Ray. Here’s a familiar face — Augie T is in the house! We had an awesome coaching session, and I asked if Augie could share a few words about what he experienced today. Take it away. Augie : First off, I really appreciate what Ray is doing. If you ever get the opportunity to have a one-on-one with him, or attend one of his events — do it. You know, as a comic it’s easy to think of me as the guy who’s always happy. As an entertainer, people think I’ve got it all together — that I should be grateful, thankful, on top of the world. But the truth is, I fight with a lot of demons inside. Today’s session hit me hard — especially around my alcoholism. I realized I haven’t really been grateful for the blessings in my life. People appreciate me for making them laugh, but I haven’t been thankful for the small things. That lack of gratitude led me into doubt, lack of confidence, and selfishness. One of the biggest lessons I got today was this: be thankful for the bad things too. They’re teaching me. They’re making me rise up. Today feels like the start of my comeback. I don’t need to walk around in fear or shame. I am exactly where I’m supposed to be in life. There’s no reason to complain — just take the lesson and turn it around. Ray: That’s powerful. Augie : Yeah. And I know now I need to really put Ray’s tools into practice. It’s like having a bike — if you don’t ride it, you’ll never be a good rider. I’ve relied on talent for too long, but talent without work doesn’t carry you. The evidence shows in my family life, and I’m ready to turn that around. Today’s session was great. I encourage anyone watching — if you’re thinking about it, do it. This is not just me endorsing something — I’m here because I believe in it. Having Ray in my life is helping me activate the comeback that’s always been inside me. Gratitude makes you rich. When you’re grateful, you’re living a rich life. That’s what I’m after now. Ray: Beautiful. Augie : (laughs) And let me tell you — Ray’s coaching is also clearing out a lot of the kaka in my life. I think people could smell it when I walked around. But now the “kaka patrol” is here, and I feel lighter. My mom always told me: be thankful. You were put here to make people laugh. I need to take that to heart. Because we’ve all been given a gift — but if we take it for granted, we risk losing it. That’s the law I’ve learned to live by: whatever you take for granted, you eventually lose. But whatever you’re grateful for grows. So I’m taking inventory of my blessings: my family, my opportunities, the people in my life — good and bad — because they’re all teaching me something. Today’s session helped me see that. When you feel crummy, you want to blame everyone else. But gratitude shifts everything. I’m ready now. Ready to walk out this door and see things in a different light. I’m so thankful for this opportunity and the coaching. Sometimes we all need that extra push. Don’t become cynical or stuck in your old ways. Open up, receive, and let yourself grow. So with that — aloha, everyone. Until next time, we awaken your greatness. And yes, June 29th at the Blaisdell — this brother Augie will be there for the comeback. Live your greatness! Ray: Aloha!

Ray: Aloha everyone, and welcome to another edition of Coaching with Ray. Today I have the great privilege of sitting down with someone very special. You might recognize him if you’ve ever been to the great Nick’s Fishmarket. This is the man who ran it for—how many years? Ben Dowling: Oh my gosh, at least 15 years. And I’ve been employed there for at least 30. I started when I was two! Ray: (laughs) That’s right. Ben Dowling is with us. He’s also a former big wave rider who surfed with all the great legends—Fred Hemmings, Paul Strauch, and many others. Ben Dowling: Yes, we all hung out, surfed, and got into a little trouble back then. Ray: Amazing history. I was introduced to you by our mutual friend, John Nolan. He asked if I could do some work with you, and here we are. Would you share with my audience what your experience has been like since we started this work? Ben Dowling: First of all, Ray only gave me five minutes to talk, but honestly, it would take me two hours to share everything I’ve been going through. This has been the biggest blessing I’ve had in years—upon years. I call him Ray the Lifesaver—and that’s exactly what he is. He goes into your soul, your heart, your mind, and your spirit, which is what it’s all about. Whatever he’s healing you from, he’s healing everything at once. I can’t tell you how long it’s been since I’ve felt this happy, secure, and strong. I told Ray, I’m attaching myself to his waist wherever he goes—I’m going for this ride. I’m so excited. He’s healed me of my cancer—I know it’s gone. And even more importantly, he healed the root of that cancer: the hate I had in my heart. I used to deny that word, but I had it buried inside. I prayed for help, and right after that, John Nolan told me I needed to meet Ray. That was no coincidence. From the minute we started talking, I knew I had met the right person. Ray opened my heart again. Right now, I’m on a natural high. Ray: You’re doing wonderful. I was originally asked to help you with your cancer. Can you share with people what kind of cancer you were dealing with? Ben Dowling: I had melanoma and basal cell carcinoma. The melanoma was serious—they told me it had gotten into my immune system. I went through oral chemo, surgery to remove the melanoma, and I still had some basal cells. Doctors told me to get my will ready, get a lawyer—basically, they gave me a death sentence. But Ray said something different. He said, “You’re going to live.” And then he showed me how I was going to live. That’s what I needed. The mind feeds the spirit, the spirit feeds the body. If your mind is negative, it flows into your spirit and then into your body. The body is the messenger—it tells you when something is wrong. And healing always comes from the inside out, never outside in. That’s what Ray teaches, and he reaffirmed it for me. Ray: Thank you, Ben. I can relate because I went through cancer myself. I’m a living example that the incurable is curable. Ben Dowling: Yes, and when I first got diagnosed, I was ashamed. I didn’t even tell people. I thought I had done something terribly wrong. But that’s not true. Illness comes from causes, and those causes can be corrected. So never be ashamed if you’re sick. Always be willing to heal yourself. Never give up. Ray: Such great advice. Thank you for allowing me to do this work with you. I look forward to more wonderful experiences together. Now, before we wrap up—there are rumors that Nick’s Fishmarket might be reopening. Is that true? Ben Dowling: I’m feeding those rumors! Ray: (laughs) We’re all excited. Nick’s was the restaurant to go to. I remember it well—it was never cheap, but always worth it. You used to teach your staff to make sure couples felt special. Ben Dowling: Exactly. Our goal was to make the man feel like a king and the lady feel like a queen. Even if there were 300 people in the room, they should feel like the most important guests in the restaurant. We didn’t just sell food—we sold memories. Every visit had to be an experience of a lifetime. Ray: And you did it so well for four decades. We’re excited about the reopening. I’ll be there for sure. Ben Dowling: And you’ll be my guest at the grand opening. Ray: Beautiful. Thank you, Ben. And thank you everyone for tuning in. I wish you all good health, abundance, and remind you to live your greatness. I’ll see you at Rage 4 on June 29th at the Blaisdell. Ben, are you going to be there? Ben Dowling: Oh, definitely. Ray: Fantastic—he’ll be reporting more good news live at the event. Until then, take very good care of yourselves. All: Aloha!

Ray: Hello everyone and welcome to another edition of Coaching with Ray. Today I'm sitting with brother Austin and we just finished our session. It was mean—like I say it was mean—that’s my opinion. And I want Austin to share in his own words what his experience with me was like today. So I introduce to you Austin. How's it, how's it, how's it? Ray: So Austin, tell us a little bit about how you got the appointment, what your expectations were coming in today, and what happened. Austin: For me, I met you, brother, through Dog Farrar, one of my partners, one of my brothers. And, you know, I got to be honest—I was a little skeptical. I wasn't sure, I never knew nothing about you. Ray: Yeah, you knew nothing about me but you still showed up today. Austin: Yeah. I mean, when brothers talk highly of somebody, you know, it's an honor to me. And from just what I gathered from Doug and what you did for him, it only made me want to come. Austin: And what you did for me today… it's hard to explain. If you can imagine having all those negative things that have been nagging you every day of your life, every thought in your mind that pops into your head—having freedom from that, not being bothered by it, being aware of it but not having it hold you anymore—there’s no price to that gift. And I am thankful. Ray: Thank you. Thank you. Austin: Today’s my birthday. Ray: Today’s your birthday? Austin: Yeah, today is my birthday. And all my family coming to you, brother. I would advise everybody to come here, everybody to hook up with brother Ray. He’s the real deal. Ray: He’s the real deal. And what would you say—if someone asked you, “Why should I go see this guy?”—how would you answer that? Austin: If I could put it in one word, it would be peace. He gives you peace, peace of mind. He helps to bring light to the basic principles of what was always given to us from the beginning of time. He puts things into perspective. And it’s not for me to tell you—it’s for you to come and find out. Ray: Good answer, man. Really good answer. You had some thoughts and memories of things that happened to you that were really bothering you, right? They would just show up at the most inopportune times. Austin: Correct. Ray: And when those thoughts or memories showed up, it really got into you, didn’t it? Austin: Yeah. It gets a hold of you and doesn’t let go. Ray: Constantly, yeah? And a lot of times we don’t understand why we act the way we do, why we feel so much anger, or why we feel inadequate. And those feelings are what we brought to light—why you were feeling that way. Austin: Yeah. And it took your work to relieve it. I was stunned. Sitting there in disbelief. I didn’t say a word—I was really in deep thought, searching. My brain was doing some mean searching. Ray: Yeah, real searching. And when things get a hold of you for such a long time, and then you do the therapy and exercise it out, it’s only natural to try and think of those things again. It’s funny how simple it was when I said, “Try, try, try to think of it.” Austin: Yeah. There’s no strong feeling about it anymore. I feel free of it. My mind is still trying to see if I can grab onto it. Ray: That’s natural. The process is unbelievable—that’s why I started making these videos in the first place. No one believes. But maybe if they hear it in someone’s own words, it’ll help influence people to believe they can heal. Whatever the problems are, there are solutions and answers. Life can be better. Because a lot of times we get stuck—we feel hopeless, helpless. And it’s not true. You found that to be so today yourself, right? Austin: Right. Ray: And you were looking for it, searching hard, trying to find that feeling—and you couldn’t find it. So do you feel really free now? Austin: I do. Once I opened my eyes, you can actually feel the room lighter. Everything is brighter. My mind was stuck on thinking of things, not living in the present. And that’s what you brought to light. Ray: So you feel really grounded now? Austin: I feel a lot lighter. I feel like I’m trying to grab onto these things right now out of habit, but there’s nothing there. It was such a habit that it was always there. Even with my kids, my wife, at work—I was always preoccupied. Ray: So you just weren’t present with anybody or anything. Austin: Yeah. Right now, I can’t even believe where I’m at. I’m still trying to adapt. It’s so new. Ray: That’s right. When was the last time you felt this good? Austin: Must be when I was a child. Ray: There it is. That’s why my program is called Reawaken Your Greatness. We all came into this world feeling like this, but we lose our way. My coaching sessions help people find their way back, to reconnect with that greatness inside all of us. It’s not something to develop—it’s already there. Ray: That’s what we did today—help you reconnect with who you truly are. And when you do, you feel free. The fear is gone. Austin: Yeah. My only concern is not getting it back when I walk out the door. Ray: That’s common. When things are so good, human nature wants to hold on tight. But the exact opposite is needed: let it go. That’s what faith is—trust in life, in the higher power, in source. Know that you’re fine. Ray: And once you’re here, you’re part of the family. You’re now the newest member of the Rage Ohana. Austin: All right. Ray: Now it’s time to go celebrate your birthday! Grab some food, tell Dog the good news. Ray: Any parting words for people out there going through troubles? Austin: Definitely. I’m bringing all my family—my wife, my six kids, my mom, dad, aunties, uncles. We all need this. You guys need it, I promise you. Be free. We all deserve it. Ray: I appreciate that. Thank you for the encouragement to others. If you’ve got problems you haven’t been able to solve, don’t give up. Give it a shot. Check out my website—details are below: www.rnow.com , which stands for Reawaken Your Greatness Now. Maybe you’ll be the next person sharing how free you feel, just like Austin. Ray: Thank you guys for tuning in. Austin, mahalo bro, thanks for sharing. Austin: Mahalo. Ray: And for all you out there—until next time, remember to live your greatness. Aloha. Austin: Aloha.

Chantel: Hello everyone — I just had an amazing session with Ray. I’m still coming down from it, so I don’t have the perfect words yet, but I felt so heavy from past dramas and he removed that weight. After the session I felt so light, my heart felt open, and I felt able to do things I’ve wanted to do forever but never thought I could. I feel like I’m flying right now. Thank you so much, Ray — I can’t thank you enough. I really appreciate it. (A few days later — Chantel’s follow-up): A few days after that session, I wanted to share more. A friend gifted me the session with Ray and at first I wasn’t sure I deserved it. I’m grateful for my health and things were okay in my life, so I didn’t realize how much my past drama was influencing me daily. During the session Ray quickly identified the trauma. He helped me process it — it felt deeply emotional, like I walked through the event again, and then he released the negative emotions. Now when I think back to that event there’s no attachment of negativity. It’s just part of my history, not something that drags me down. The lightness I feel now is incredible. In the days since I’ve found myself smiling on the street, feeling joyful, loved, and able to give love. Things that used to hold me back feel gone. I have energy and hope — everything feels possible. He cleared that in one session. Ray is incredibly gifted and I’m so grateful. It truly works — I feel free to pursue my passions. Thank you so much, Ray.

Ray: Hello everyone, and welcome to another edition of Coaching with Ray. It’s been a while since I put up a video — I’ve been busy coaching — but today was so powerful that I knew I had to share it with you. Sitting with me is Richie. He came here through his good friend Randy — some of you know Randy as a true-blue “Rager man” who’s been doing amazing things in his own life. He recommended Richie to see me because Richie was facing some serious challenges. Richie, when you came here today, you were feeling really bad. Can you share what that was like? Richard: I was in a really dark place. Honestly, I was contemplating suicide. Ray: So it was that serious. Richard: Yes. The thoughts just wouldn’t stop. I’ve been suffering like this all year. I haven’t had more than two to four hours of broken sleep a night — sometimes I’d go four days without sleeping or eating. The stress was unbearable. I didn’t know what to do. Ray: And that’s when Randy stepped in? Richie: Yeah. I rarely left the house, but one day Randy stopped by, saw me, and immediately said, “You need to go see Ray.” He kept checking in, followed up, gave me your number — and here I am. Honestly, I had no expectations. I didn’t think anything could help me. Ray: In fact, off camera I asked you — did you even believe you’d be leaving my house today feeling the way you feel right now? Richard: No way. Not in a million years. I thought what I was going through was incurable. Ray: And yet, after our session, what are you experiencing now? Richard: Complete calm. Peace. I feel like I could finally sleep — like 18 hours straight. My anger and frustration are gone. Ray: And I even challenged you to try and feel bad again — to bring back the same emotions you’ve been carrying for the past eight months. Could you do it? Richard: No. I tried hard, but the memories just wouldn’t play anymore. I couldn’t bring back the pain. Ray: And during that process, when I asked you to recall something specific, you broke down in tears. But those weren’t tears of pain — they were tears of joy. Richard: Yeah. It just happened spontaneously. I started crying and laughing at the same time. I couldn’t control it. It felt like pure relief — something I haven’t felt in years. Ray: How long has it been since you felt this calm? Richard: At least two or three years. It’s been a nightmare. But today feels like the nightmare is finally over. Ray: That’s powerful. And I believe the results will carry over into tomorrow and the weeks ahead. If we can do it once, we can do it again — but from my experience, this kind of breakthrough is permanent. Now Richie, there are others out there struggling — with finances, breakups, illness, or just life in general. Many of them might feel the way you did before coming here. What would you tell them? Richard: If you want to change your life and actually start living — come see Ray. Ray: So, there is hope. There are solutions. Richard: Yes. I didn’t think there was any way out for me. But now, I feel like I have a chance again. I have hope. Ray: Thank you for trusting me, and for trusting your good friend Randy’s advice to come here. I believe this is just the beginning for you. You’re a man with so many talents and abilities — it’s time you start recognizing that in yourself. Richard: Thank you, Ray. Ray: You’re very welcome. And to everyone watching, thank you for tuning in. These sessions are real, and you’ve just seen what’s possible. If you or someone you love is struggling, maybe now is the time to reach out. Until next time, remember to live your greatness. Aloha.

Ray: Aloha everyone, and welcome to another edition of Coaching with Ray. Here we have the lovely Nani Gomes. We just completed an amazing session — I had to get a shot of her wall because she came prepared. Everything she scratched out on the board represents what we addressed today. Nani, take it away — tell everyone what you experienced. Nani Gomes: Oh my gosh — a total breakthrough. If anyone knows me, I can be kinda scattered; I have a lot going on. Sometimes I get stuck because there’s so much information, opportunities, stress, and paths. Time is precious and Ray’s coaching is priceless, so I only had one shot. That’s why I wrote everything on the board — I needed to get it out and be concise. I even asked my mom and my husband, “What else?” because I wanted to know what I needed to move forward in all parts of life: financial, spiritual, emotional — everything. I’d been dealing with fear of the future, inability to lose weight, anxiety, pressure, anger, childhood challenges, trust issues, over-committing — always chasing approval. I didn’t know how to manage finances; I was a swiper with no responsibility. I was exhausted and desperate. I was even making financial decisions that put my mom, who’s 69, under stress — trying to “fix” things and ending up chasing instead. Today’s major breakthrough was realizing why I’d been stuck. Ray helped clear out the scarcity mindset and the desperate energy. I feel centered, solid, and free. I can take care of Mom without feeling like I’m jumping off a cliff. I can nurture people and still make money without guilt. I can manage finances. I feel committed to my dreams and excited again — Nani is on fire and focused. Ray: Thank you for being so candid — that honesty helps others learn. Nani was coming from a place of desperation: scarcity of time and money, chasing many things and catching none. Today we cleared some of those false beliefs and brought her back to center. Look how poised she is — she’s full of talent and opportunities come her way. Now she can say “no” when needed and avoid over-committing. Nani Gomes: Exactly. I’m so thankful — I didn’t have to fly anywhere; this was a major blessing in my life. I’m ready to rock and crush life. I feel like I have a win-win: I can be committed to myself, my dreams, and still love on people. I’m excited. Ray: Whoever gets to work with Nani from this place is going to get amazing traction — and she deserves all the good stuff. We all deserve to live abundantly, happily, and healthfully. For anyone struggling with this, come talk to Nani or come to the next Rage event. Nani Gomes: I’m serious — you need a breakthrough. Call Ray Johnson and start raging in your life. Thank you, Ray, and thank you everyone for tuning in. Ray: Thank you, Nani. Until next time — live your greatness. Aloha.
DAN JOHNSTON | Business Professional & Entrepreneur
Synopsis:
Over the years, Ray has done many sessions with his brother Dan, each bringing powerful breakthroughs. In this spontaneous moment, Ray guided Dan into a state of stillness and presence that dissolved the “monkey chatter” of his mind and left him feeling fearless, joyful, and grounded. Dan described the transformation as priceless — a return to the natural state God intended, free from fear and worry. He emphasized that nothing external had to change; the peace and empowerment were always within. Deeply grateful, Dan shared that he’ll revisit this moment as a reminder that alignment with the present unlocks limitless possibility.

Ray:
Hello everyone and welcome to another edition of Coaching with Ray. Here’s my brother Dan. I just made a video testing some products, but this one is the best — we got into a conversation and I spontaneously offered him some coaching. I took him through the process and it was beautiful to watch the transformation from before to after. I said, “Man, can we get this on video so you can remember this moment for future reference?” So this is my brother Dan. What happened? What are you feeling? What did you go through?
Dan:
The best way to describe how I’m feeling right now is pure joy, stillness, and calmness. Even though I know the “right” things and I’ve been through sessions before, sometimes you get caught off guard — you think you’re on the right track and you’re not. Today wasn’t even planned as a session, but I’m so glad we went through it because you don’t know what you don’t know. When you go through it, you wonder, “Why did I ever leave that state? Why can’t I always stay here?”
I realized how much monkey chatter was going on in my mind, and how nice it feels to have quietness and stillness. Ray was talking about “no thought, no mind” — that’s the best feeling in the world. When was the last time you gave yourself that gift, without worrying about where you gotta be, who you gotta see, or what happened yesterday? All that is irrelevant. What matters is right here, right now — being present in this moment.
You feel grounded, centered. Your thoughts aren’t flowing, you’re not worried, you’re not afraid. You feel fearless in this state. You feel like you can do anything. Words don’t really touch it — trying to put this into words does it an injustice. It’s priceless. This isn’t a high from anything external — it’s the most natural state, which I believe God meant for us to be in before we got lost.
It’s like finding yourself totally in the present, not putting obligations or limitations on yourself, just allowing yourself to be present and be happy for no reason at all. You feel joy, peace, calmness, love — unconditional. Nothing in your life had to change for you to have this experience. Everything I’m feeling is from within; it was always there. That’s the crazy part.
We get pulled away from the source, and when that happens we become unaligned and experience angst or pain. But when Ray brings you back to empowerment and reconnects you to that source, everything becomes possible. Everything is good.
I want to refer back to this video when I need reminding — if I ever get down or scared again, I can watch this and remember I have access to this at any time. It’s always there because this is who I really am. I just need to remind myself.
Ray:
Beautiful. Thanks, Bob — thanks Dan. I’m glad we could do this. For everyone watching: if you want to experience what Dan is feeling, visit ragenow.com (r-a-y-g-n-o-w.com) or give me a call — maybe we can do this for you. Until next time, remember: live your greatness. Aloha.
THE SHOCKING CAUSE OF BACK PAIN AND THE SECRET CURE! (Before)
Ray: Hello everyone, and welcome to another edition of Coaching with Ray. Today I have the privilege of being here with my brother Dan. He has a ticket to fly out of Hawaii to California, but he’s been dealing with some pretty extreme back pain right now.
I thought I’d do things a little differently today and give you a before view of what I do every day with people experiencing all kinds of conditions, including what my brother is going through. Dan, why don’t you explain to everybody what’s happening?
Dan: The last couple of days my lower back’s been hurting a little bit, so I stretched it out. I didn’t think too much of it. But this morning, right after I dropped off my daughter at soccer practice, on the way back to the car I could barely make it inside. It felt like the bottom half of my body disconnected from the upper half. I could barely drive and just make it home.
Now every time I put pressure or try to walk, it’s disabling. I mean—it’s one of the worst pains I’ve ever felt.
Ray: One of the worst pains? Try to describe it. Is it a sharp shooting pain, a numb dull pain?
Dan: Oh, it’s not dull, bro. This pain is blinding—the kind where you almost pass out. And I’ve got the meanest migraine on top of it. Between the migraine and the back pain, I feel like I’m getting it from both sides. I’m just tripping out right now.
I’ve got a flight to catch—a vacation we’ve been planning for a long time. But if I can’t remedy the situation, I don’t know how I’m going to do it. Five hours on a plane, sitting like this—I can’t even imagine.
Ray: And how are you feeling right now, just sitting there?
Dan: I’ve got to try to offset it by leaning. If I lean one way it’s a little better, but as soon as I lean the other way the pain shoots right up to my head, and then I’ve got the migraine on top of it.
Ray: Try to stand up. Let’s just take a look. What’s it like trying to stand up?
Dan: Man, it’s rough. Basically I feel like I’ve got to hunch over like an old man, and it’s kind of embarrassing. I tried getting my Starbucks coffee—because I’m a coffee drinker—and I had to send my daughter in to get it for me. First time she ever had to order for me, because I couldn’t leave the car. I didn’t want to walk through the parking lot hunched over like that.
Ray: Just for demonstration purposes, why don’t you walk a little so we can get an idea of the severity of the problem.
Dan: As soon as I put pressure, I feel like I’m about to drop down. That’s about the extent of my walking right now.
Ray: Yeah, I notice you keep shifting around.
Dan: My mom put some Icy Hot on my back so it’s relaxing the muscles a little bit, but right now this is about all I can do.
Ray: Okay, go ahead and sit down so it doesn’t get more agitated than it already is. I just wanted to get an idea on film of the “before,” so we can compare it to the “after.” What I’m going to attempt to do now is help him relieve this pain and get him back to normal. Let’s see what happens.
THE SHOCKING CAUSE OF BACK PAIN AND THE SECRET CURE! (After)
Ray: Hello everyone and welcome to Coaching with Ray. I just finished my session with my brother Dan, and I want him to share the results directly with you.
Dan: Okay, so update — you saw me before, in a lot of pain with both my lower back and a migraine. The first thing I noticed after the session was that the migraine began to fade, and then it completely disappeared. I had to think hard to even remember what it felt like because it was so severe earlier. But now, it’s gone.
As for my back, before I couldn’t even move, bend, or lean without blinding pain. Now I can walk, stretch, raise my knees, and even bend over with no problem. The pain went from a 12 out of 10 — beyond unbearable — to zero. And Ray didn’t even touch me; it was all through thoughts, emotions, and forgiveness. That’s what blew my mind.
I honestly thought I’d have to cancel my trip today, but now I’m completely ready to go. No pain, no migraine. In the past, I’ve gone to the hospital for shots when migraines got this bad, but this time, with Ray’s help, I didn’t need medication, massage, or acupuncture. Just this session — and the results are real.
Ray: That’s amazing, Dan. And you know, this shows people what I talk about all the time — that real healing starts at the heart and spirit level, and then manifests in the body.
Dan: Exactly. I’ve seen Ray help so many others, and now experiencing it myself again reminds me that we just need to humble ourselves, admit when we need help, and allow healing to flow. Ray has done sessions with me before — for example, I once had a severe foot pain that completely disappeared and never returned. Over the years, he’s helped both me and my mom many times.
I’m just so grateful. Honestly, I feel like people always say you need a lawyer or a cop in the family — but I say you need a healer. And that’s what I have with Ray.
Ray: Thank you, bro. I’m so glad I could help you before your trip. Now go enjoy your vacation with your family.
Dan: Thank you, Ray. I’m truly grateful.
TERESA JOHNSTON | Devoted Mother, Survivor of Chronic Back Pain
Synopsis:
In this powerful healing moment, Ray worked with his mother Teresa, who had been suffering from unbearable back pain for over a week. She described the pain as shocking, stabbing, and relentless — so intense that it disrupted her sleep, drained her energy, and made even the simplest movements impossible. In less than 15 minutes, Ray guided her through his process, and to her amazement, the pain completely disappeared. Teresa went from being unable to sit, stand, or walk without agony to moving freely, laughing, and bending with ease. Filled with relief and gratitude, she recognized not only her son’s gift of healing but also the lesson that pride should never stop us from asking for help when we truly need it. Over the years, Ray has done many sessions with both his brother Dan and his mom, each one a testament to the lasting power of presence, alignment, and natural healing.

THE SHOCKING CAUSE OF BACK PAIN AND THE SECRET CURE! (Before) (PART 1 OF 2)
Ray: This—how long has the pain been there first of all?
Teresa: Six to seven days.
Ray: Okay, so about a week. And how bad is the pain? Describe the pain—over 100?
Teresa: 100.
Ray: So from one to 100, it’s over 100.
Teresa: Man, I woke up 3:00, hard to get out of bed to go to the bathroom. I’m sitting too—I couldn’t get up. The pain woke me up when I needed to go to the bathroom. So I went sit down. Sitting down, hard. Getting up, hard.
Ray: What kind of pain? Describe the pain.
Teresa: It’s like a shooting pain, a nerve pinch pain. Like a sharp pain, real sharp. I mean, you know, just—you don’t even know. Just so quick, like electricity, fast. It happens and you just—mouth open and then you unbalance. That shock is right now, it’s right in the center of my back. I have a hard time. When you cannot walk, I can sit down but…
Ray: No matter what you have been trying to do, the pain hasn’t been going away, has it?
Teresa: I thought, “Oh, maybe now it’s going to be okay, I can walk, I can do things.” I can’t pick up anything heavy or bend over, or getting in the car—hard. Everything was just hard.
Ray: And doesn’t it affect your attitude and your moods when you’ve got pain like that? And your energy level? It just takes all your focus, all your attention, and makes life miserable.
Teresa: Oh, that’s definite. Because your mind—nobody knows, nobody can feel. My thoughts are on the pain. It’s hard. It’s not a dull pain, it’s not just once in a while kind. It’s like a shocking pain.
Ray: Yeah, that’s what I… and any of you watching this video, I’m sure you may have experienced this at some time in your life. And so this will be a good chance for you to witness this process as I attempt to clear my mom of this pain that she’s been struggling with for about seven days.
She’s suffering. It’s ongoing, 24/7. It’s a striking pain, a shocking pain. It’s like a knife-stabbing kind of pain. You were having a hard time even asking me to help you. Why is that?
Teresa: I almost shamed to even ask you because you’re so busy. And then, you know, I should know better and all that than I do. But still, sometimes it’s very difficult when unexpected things happen to you and you don’t know what to do. And then you’re questioning yourself, and you’re trying to analyze, you’re trying to think.
When I was doing things without my head or anything, I didn’t do anything to injure my back. But I got hurt. I was massaging, doing stretching. And I didn’t want to even know because I don’t want to have to come to you forever. So it just went worse and worse.
I was going to acupuncture, then I thought, I laughed because I said, “My son healing everybody, I should go behind him and go in a room?” I said, that’s not right. You find out, you’re going to get insulted, laugh, you know? So I said, “Oh, and my pride. I know I gotta go. I need help.”
Ray: So all you proud people out there that are too proud to ask for help, let this video be a reminder to you that all of us encounter challenges in life. And if the challenge is too heavy for you, too much for you to deal with on your own, you need to reach out and ask somebody. Ask somebody who’s qualified, someone who is capable of truly helping you. You should never be too proud to ask for help—that’s ridiculous.
Okay, so many lessons can be learned through this experience. Let me get to work and see if I can help relieve some of the pain from my mom. We’ll be right back.
